            How to use it<\/h3>\n

            Heated<\/h4>\n

            Insert the removable inner section in an oven at approx. 50 \u00b0C for approx. 10 minutes<\/strong>. During the heating season, you can also warm it on a radiator, provided it isn\u2019t too hot. Then put it back inside the soft toy fox\u2019s tummy, and whilst you\u2019re sleeping hold it close to your nose<\/strong> \u2013 this is the best way to help clear the airways. On tougher days, it\u2019s best to use it whilst it\u2019s warm<\/strong>, it is more effective in such cases.<\/p>\n

            Heating regulations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n

            • Always check the temperature before use! A salt pack that is too hot may cause injury.<\/li>\n

            • Please do not put it in the microwave!<\/strong> The salt heats up, and that\u2019s enough.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Chilled<\/h4>\n

              Put the removable inner part in a clean bag in the freezer for about 30 minutes<\/strong>. Then put it back inside the soft toy fox\u2019s tummy and place it on the affected area.<\/p>\n

              As an everyday bedfellow<\/h4>\n

              Apart from the days when I\u2019m feeling unwell without heating, at room or body temperature<\/strong> you can feel free to cuddle him too.                 Herbal fillings They retain their effectiveness in 100% for approximately one year<\/strong>. A new, separate inner filling can be requested at any time<\/strong> into the existing juniper coat. Unless you\u2019re keen on the additional health benefits of the herbs, you can continue to use these liners as well, indeed, for as long as it takes<\/em> \u2013 for Parajd salt, which is beneficial in its own right, is not subject to a warranty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
