          How to use it<\/h3>\n

          Insert the removable inner section in an oven preheated to approx. 50 \u00b0C for 20\u201325 minutes<\/strong>. During the heating season, you can also warm it on a radiator, provided it isn\u2019t too hot. Then place the insert back into the Bor\u00f3ka cover and use it on the affected area, or snuggle up next to it to feel its soothing effects. You can sleep on it, next to it, or cuddle it at night \u2013 the main thing is that it\u2019s close to our nose<\/strong>. On tougher days, it\u2019s best to use it whilst it\u2019s warm<\/strong>, it is more effective in such cases.<\/p>\n

            Chilled<\/h4>\n

            Put the removable inner part in a clean bag in the freezer for about 30 minutes<\/strong>. Then put it back into Bor\u00f3ka\u2019s coat and place it on the affected area.<\/p>\n

            As an everyday bedfellow<\/h4>\n

            Sleep with him every day at room temperature or body temperature<\/strong>: thus, in its immediate surroundings purifies the air, may help with breathing<\/strong>, and in the meantime supports the immune system<\/strong>.
