The Story of Boróka
That’s how it began
A Juniper Its story began in 2019, in a small family-run workshop. We wanted to create products that would help young children when they are unwell – naturally, without side effects, and in a way that we ourselves would be happy to give to our own children.
With every single fox, that is to say JuniperIt all started with that. Then, little by little, the rest came into being Juniper favourites too: the Salt Foxes, which have since become iconic pieces for the brand, followed by the Szundi Foxes, the PizsiPajtik, Pocóka Salt shakers, blankets, nursery essentials and lots of other lovely bits and bobs
🌱 This is how Boróka grew up with us

2023–2025
Thousands of families have chosen Boróka, and our community has continued to grow year on year.
2026-
Every day, new stories unfold with us. And we continue to craft our products with the same love, so that Boróka can remain a part of many families’ everyday lives.
🌱 What makes Boróka different?
- Every product has a genuine purpose We don’t just make accessories. Every Boróka product was inspired by a real-life situation: calmer evenings, a more peaceful bedtime, starting nursery, or simply making everyday life with young children a little easier.
- Designed for children We design the dimensions, shapes and details to ensure they are comfortable, practical and will remain a favourite for years to come. Every little detail is based on real-life experience.
- Made in our own workshop From design to cutting, and from sewing to the final touches, every Boróka product is made in our own workshop. This means we can devote the same care and attention to every single piece.
- A community has formed around us It gives us the greatest joy when, even years later, we receive a photo of a much-cuddled Boróka fox, or see that another sibling has been given the same favourite toy. It’s at times like these that we realise we’re not just making products, but that we get to be part of a family’s story.
