1. Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website

1. The website (the online service available at www.borokaroka.hu, hereinafter referred to as: Website) or by accessing any page on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out here. Please do not access this website if you do not agree to these terms and conditions!

1. The terms „we”, „us”, „our” and „Service Provider” used on the website refer to Boróka Róka Kft., the operator of the website, tax registration number: 27407242-2-17. The term „User” refers to any person who accesses and/or uses the website at any time.

• Rights relating to intellectual works

(registered office: 7150 Bonyhád, Fáy housing estate 36/3; tax number: 27407242-2-17, hereinafter referred to as: Service provider) The Website, all images, text and other content appearing on it and on the Service Provider’s products, as well as their layout, and the trade marks, logos, characters and service marks displayed on the Website and on the Service Provider’s products, as well as all intellectual works displayed on the Website or on the Service Provider’s products, are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights, and are the property of the Service Provider.

• The User is entitled to access the Website, browse the Website, familiarise themselves with its content, and to save extracts from its content to a hard drive, save them to a hard drive, or forward them to other persons for private purposes, in a manner or to an extent that does not, even indirectly, serve the purpose of generating income.
