Boróka SóRóka – Pastel Pink (standard size)

To use whilst warm: Place the removable inner part in an oven preheated to approximately 50°C for 20–25 minutes (during the heating season, you can also warm it on a radiator, provided it isn’t too hot). Then place the inner part back into the Boróka cover, and use it on the affected area, or snuggle up next to it to feel its soothing effects. You can sleep on it, next to it or cuddle it at night – the main thing is to keep it close to your nose. On tougher days, it’s best to use it whilst warm, as it’s more effective that way.

Heating regulations:

• Temperature (50–60 °C), cooking time (20–25 minutes)! We heat it, we don’t fry it. 🙂
• Check the temperature before you start using it! You should be aware that a salt pack that is too hot can cause injury!
• Don’t lose sight of Boróka whilst she’s warming up – keep an eye on her!
• Please pass me the salt shaker microbe don’t do that!!! The salt heats up and, as a result, catches fire.

How to use itűas follows: Place the removable inner part in a clean bag and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then put it back into the Boróka cover and place it on the affected area.

Use as an everyday bedside companion

Sleep with it every day at body temperature or room temperature so that it purifies the air in your immediate surroundings, aids breathing and, at the same time, supports the immune system. When you’re ill, it’s best to use it whilst it’s warm, holding it close. Shake it up and place it right next to your nose. Older children can hold it skilfully; they usually lie half on top of it, propping their heads up, because they find it comforting. With the very youngest, make sure they breathe in the vapours. As they breathe in, the beneficial components of the salt dissolve steadily throughout the night, allowing the little one to inhale them directly. Thanks to its natural beneficial effects, it can be an additional alternative solution for everyone (with no side effects). Not just for children, but for us adults too.

💦 Recommended cleaning: The outer “Juniper coat” is removable and washable.
Hand wash or wash on a gentle cycle at 30° (the removable part is not washable)
Do not put in the tumble dryer or iron!

Maintenance: The inner filling absorbs moisture, so it needs to be dried out from time to time. You can do this easily by heating it.

Important to note: Inner pads containing medicinal herbs retain their effectiveness for approximately one year in the 100% model. A new replacement inner pad can be requested at any time to fit into the existing juniper-infused cover. If you do not require the additional beneficial effects of the medicinal herbs, you may continue to use these inner liners as well, and for as long as it takes. Parajd salt, which is beneficial in its own right, has no expiry date.
